NB: Upon receipt of payment for your order, we will contact you within 3 working days to confirm the week of export from our atelier in Nottingham, England. For international delivery, please allow additional time for your order to arrive. We will always endeavour to communicate any delays to you as soon as we become aware of them.
If your order is for a gift and required at a specific time, please contact us directly before ordering to ensure that the desired delivery date is possible.
Orders over £1000 are packaged inside a branded Daniel Hanson gift box which comes with a gift card. If desired we will handwrite this on your behalf, or leave blank for you to do so.
TERMINOLOGY
Unless stated, all garments are “MADE-TO-ORDER” - Meaning that this is a standard design, made to order, upon the confirmation and payment of your order (£ = RRP)
This is different from “MADE-TO-MEASURE” (£ = RRP + 10%) which means that a garment is cut upon your measurements.
“BESPOKE” (£ = RRP + 15%) garments are made to measure and also include any desired design changes required EG lining colour, trim / detail
ABOUT OUR DISCOUNTED SALE ITEMS
Please note that for DISCOUNTED SALE items (held stock) we do not include duty or local taxes.
Therefore, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We include shipping to your desired location, but if these taxes are not paid, we cannot accept responsibility for your items not being delivered.
Due to the discounts offered on stock at this time, we can only accept returns on sale items in the very unlikely event of manufacture defect.
Terms of service
PAYMENTS
We accept online payment via Paypal and Stripe, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. Accepted cards are; Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and American Express. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area. To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using an independent fraud prevention service.
We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary. Please note your credit or debit card will be charged in full at the time of order, this also includes the cost of any items which are to follow at a later date. All prices are in UK Pound Sterling and your order total will be in UK Pound Sterling.
BESPOKE ORDER PAYMENTS
For pro-forma payments to be made prior to the production of your purchase, we will contact you directly and provide bank details or a secure, one-time payment link.
PRODUCT IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS
While every effort has been made to portray our products accurately, slight variations may occur and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
SIZING
Our products are loose enough to move freely as you lounge and sleep, yet tailored. Our sizing charts outlines your measurements [as a guide] and not the measurements of the garment.
To us, a large wrap-over is a design feature which adds sumptuous weight and body to our 100% silk lined garments. It also ensures ‘longevity of fit’ as we grow older with our garments.

PRICES
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website are accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price, or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
All prices for items delivered within the EU include VAT where applicable. The VAT charged will be either VAT in the country of delivery (rates will vary by country but our prices remain unchanged) or UK VAT.
VAT is charged for goods and services delivered outside the UK: we maintain one price for each item on our website.
OFFERS & OFFER CODES
Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem you will need to do it at the page where you input your customer information. Unfortunately, once the order is placed we cannot retrospectively apply an offer. Please refer to the individual details of any offers in regard to expiry dates and conditions of use. Unless stated otherwise, only ONE offer can be applied to your order at any one time.
RETURNS
We are confident that you will be more than pleased with your purchase, however, if a ready-to-wear item is not suitable we are more than happy for you to return it to us [this will only apply if the item is unworn, unwashed and in pristine condition] within 30 days of receipt of the goods, and we will either exchange them or refund you.
A courier branded returns label is attached to the outside or your package.
Please remember to use the same courier if you need to return your purchase.
We aim to process our returns as soon as they are received, but during busy periods there may occasionally be a delay. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.
Please return the item(s) using the original shipping box and packing materials. Please include each item(s) in its original packing materials.

We would like to know why you are returning or exchanging the item(s), as we are keen to have you satisfied with your purchase. You shall receive a notification upon the completion of the returns process.

Please return the item(s) to us by following the returns procedure as outlined in the above returns section. Let us know in the email, the item to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange as well as the colour and the size of the new item requested. Availability of the requested replacement item cannot be guaranteed; however, we will do our utmost to satisfy your request. Your replacement order will be sent to you via our standard delivery.
You will receive an e-mail notification once the exchange process has been completed.
CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS [UK orders only]
This regulation replaces the Distance Selling Regulations and applies if you buy online or by phone and then wish to cancel your order. This regulation only applies when you cancel the whole order and not for partial returns [which would come under the standard Daniel Hanson Partnership Returns Policy].
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day you receive it. If your order consists of multiple Daniel Hanson Partnership garments, the 14 days run from when you receive the last item. This 14-day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually get the goods back to the Daniel Hanson Partnership premises in Nottingham. Your order must be returned in full including paperwork and packaging.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the products more than was necessary.

Bespoke items (including made-to-measure designs) cannot be returned except in the very rare case of manufacture defect or ill fitting (in the case of the client’s supplied measurements to DH’s correct measures, always supplied in CM)

FREE DELIVERY
When we refer to "Free Delivery" or "Free P&P" on the website, it is standard delivery, worldwide. Express services, will incur additional costs if required.
WEBSITE
We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions contained in our website. We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered online, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on Daniel Hanson Partnership is incorrect for any reason, we will email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product and you can continue with the order or can cancel the order if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order.
