Traditional Japanese “Sashiko” style hand mending using other silk jacquard patches, highlights the original use of this pure silk base cloth: a swatch-pallette, showing hundreds of unique colour combinations featuring warp weft and bias colour changes each 10cm, resulting in a truly multi-colour pure silk experience and important piece of garment producing history.
Featuring contrasting halves; one side is cut from a micro paisley & the other, from a much larger and more vivid, hyper colour repeat.
